Job Summary: Develops content in scripts and storyboards according to prescribed curriculum and VCT Curve Learning Management System's standards, script and storyboard templates Lesson Design and Learning Experience Journey Maps

  Duties and Responsibilities: • Participates in all virtual project meetings and learning sessions with the Content Design and Development Group
• Submits on-time the content scripts and storyboards as per set schedule
• Consults and collaborates with the team's content expert on content development concerns
• Coordinates with team's content development project officer
• Revises scripts and storyboards according to evaluation and recommendations of the content expert
• Creates the course syllabus according to final approved content

  Qualifications: • Has teaching experience of at least 5 years in Science/Filipino/Math/Araling Panlipunan
• A masters and doctorate degree aligned with the learning area of expertise is much preferred
• Has adept knowledge in the curriculum, pedagogy and assessment of K to 12
• Has experience as an author or content writer of textbooks, learning modules, and other learning materials in K to 12 is favorable
• Very good writing skills in developing learning and teaching materials specifically learning modules
• Quality oriented, very good time management and deadline driven
• Has updated knowledge on appropriate adoption and use of educational technology in basic education teaching and learning specifically in online and distance learning
• Familiar in using and managing a learning management system (LMS) in basic education specifically in one's learning area of expertise
• Can work independently and collaboratively with a team, flexible, creative, innovative, resourceful, keen to details, and can think in a no box paradigm
• Has knowledge in human centered designs as applied to education is an advantage
• Willing to learn and be trained in designing and developing digital learning materials using Learning Design (LxD) framework
